Terms of Service — Brontes / Hammer

Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Hammer ("the Software") or any agent bundle delivered through brontesforge.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the Software.
License
Arclight AI LLC ("we", "us") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Software on devices you own for your personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Software except as permitted by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Software or any agent bundle to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Send spam, harass, or impersonate other persons • Generate or distribute malware • Circumvent any security or rate-limiting controls of any third-party API the Software interacts with (Anthropic, Google, Slack, Discord, etc.)
Third-party services
The Software requires you to provide credentials for third-party services (an LLM provider API key — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI, or Groq — plus any per-archetype integrations the agent you bought needs, such as Google account for Gmail/Calendar, Slack/Discord webhooks, or GitHub/Linear/Asana tokens). You are responsible for complying with each third-party service's terms. Arclight AI LLC is not responsible for changes to or outages of any third-party service.
No warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arclight AI LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Software or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant agent bundle in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Software after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
